Creo 2.0 Academic Edition crashes during the installation process.

I dont know how to prevent Creo to crash during the insallation process. After tiping in the Licence code and klicking on the 'next' button windows shows up and tells me that the programm does not work anymore and it has to be stopped. What can I do?

do you install Creo from 4GB ZIP file (downloaded and unpacked) ?

Hello Martin

No, I downloaded  CreoSetup.exe and after opening the file it crashes after i tipe in the licence ID.
