Creo 2.0 control preview size in open window

1.JPGRefer image blue color marked areas sometime to as image shown. sometime its not in that area refer 2nd image.2.JPG i dont need this empty preview area.  so need config option or control option. pls tell anyone

It seems that your are looking for the option file_open_preview_default, to have no  preview window set it to collapsed (wich is the default value of the option)
