Creo 2.0 Installation

I already have Creo 2.0 M090 installed on my laptop. Now I want to run setup.exe install other applications, but after I double clicked setup.exe. There is no Installation Wizard shown. I got a traceback.log file. See attached. And when I checked Windows Task Manager, there is a WerFault.exe*32 is running. But disappear very soon. Anybody who knows how to fix this? Tks in advance.

This issue may occour due to installmgr.dll in installation media. You can download another version of that from https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS151686

yours laptop is 64 bit? may be thats for 32 bit installation setup.

Hi Mahesh,

I don't know why my installmgr.dll file is not working. After I download the file replace original one. I can run setup.exe now. Thank you very much!
