Creo 2.0 M240 download indicated "Not found". What is up?

I saw the issue of clearing memory this morning and wanted to download the version of Creo 2.o with the issue resolved ( M240 ) but the download cannot find it.

Any idea why?

Hi,

I guess PTC has some technical problems. I suggest you to wait until Monday .

are there still troubles?

I can't even see the download menu:

Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

Our records indicate that your company does not have a current PTC Global Support agreement.

Hi,

error message tells you that you are not active, maintenance paying customer. Because of this you are no allowed to download installation media.
