Creo 2.0 Splash Screen starts, Xtop.exe closes

I am trying to resolve a desktop issue that I've recently upgraded to Creo 2.0.

 

The install went without issue and upgraded fine appearently.

 

But when attempting to launch Creo 2.0 parametric I only get the splash screen to launch, and then after a short while, 1 or 2 minutes I'd say the xtop.exe application closes without an error message.

 

There is nothing listed in the Event Viewer.

 

There are no popup errors.

 

I am running windows XP Pro, fully updated on a AMD Phenom II X2 555 with 2GB of RAM.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

That will be a customer support call with high priority. If it worked before, it should work again.

I will recommend trying a complete install from scratch. Uninstall everything (except the license server) and install from the downloaded files rather than the online install.

I've already run a complete unistall of creo 2.0 and wildfire 5.0. With a reboot, and removal of any remenant files on the system.

I was just typng up a support case to see if PTC would be of any help.
