Creo 2 Lizenz von einem Laptop auf den anderen Übertragbar ?

Guten Tag,

ich benötige dringende Hilfe. Ich habe meine Creo Lizenz auf meinem alten Laptop installiert. Da der Laptop aber zu schlecht ist für Creo 2 habe ich mir einen neuen angelegt. Nur habe ich keine ahnung wie ich dort nun Creo wieder installieren kann mit der gleichen Lizenznummer. Kennt sich da jemand von euch aus ?

    Hallo Frank.

    Wie das bei Creo (ProE) ist, weiß ich nicht, aber bei Creo Elements (CoCreate) ist das so, daß noch der Lizenz-Server installiert werden muß, auch bei einem Einzelplatz.

    Vielleicht solltest du die Frage nochmals im Creo-Forum stellen.

    Hello Frank,

    Just go to the PTC support page, then Creo, and then Reconfigure Software Licenses.

    You will need your PTC customer number and a PTC account linked to it.

    Then you will have to reinstall flexlm and Creo ofcourse on your new portable.

    For any help, just contact PTC support (log a new case). They will help you if you have valid maintenance.
