Creo 2 won't open

Hey,

can anyone help me? I just re-installed windows 7 and re-installed creo 2. Everything went good but i can't open it. I click on the program and nothing happens. Help please...I have student version and need this for class. Thanks!

    Hi Khoa,

    Check your task manager.  Is the xtop.exe running?  Have you tried on another machine?

    You may also want to check the following for help with the student edition:

    There is a separate dedicated team for student edition, please see the below information:

    Download on the WEB: PTC Academic Program > Download PTC Creo Student Edition

    1. Select one of the options
    2. Finish required form, click Submit
    3. Download Installation Instructions which contains download URL and installation guide
    4. Download and install student edition base on guidance in Installation Instructions
