Is creo 3.0 available for 32-bit systems..?????

    Yes, it is.

    There are separate installation packages for Windows 32-bit and Windows 64-bit.

    Yes it is.

    But it has been recommended that you switch to a 64bit system, due to the memory switch which allows you to run more memory.
