CREO 3.0 crashing when using Rulecheck with rules written in japanese

Hello, 

As mentioned in the title, even though the CREO interface supports Japanese language, writing rules in Japanese in the *.rule file will shut-down CREO with an error when trying to use RuleCheck.

Is there a work-around? Am I missing some additional settings?

I've already confirmed that everything works perfectly if rules are written in English.

Is this something with specific model? What is the language of OS? Is Creo installed in English and Japanese? 

Is it possible to share a model and ModelCHECK files to check?
