CREO 3.0 Fatal error traceback.log

     CREO 3.0 , "Fatal error encountered" Occurred ,when i open .prt model i have modified after open the .drw file add some dimensions to apply save and regenerate the .drw file that takes few seconds after fatal error message can you please give some solutions and i have attached the traceback.log

    Reviewed the traceback, as per the information in traceback, exit in application was due to graphics. If you are in active maintenance you can contact PTC tech support for further options/investigation.
