CREO 3.0 Mould

Hi All,

I am not able retrieve Mould base and I've checked the options "Mold Component Catalog" and "Plastic Advisor" during installation and also installed mold expert extension MED-60360-CD-400_M010.zip as downloaded from PTC website.

Still i am not able to retrieve Mould base, it says that it cannot be retrieved.


Kindly need some advice,

Is it only a part or the entire assembly?

Hi,

message '8X8A_N' cannot be retrieved means that Creo does not know, where this file is located. You have to define search_path option in config.pro file to give Creo this information.
