Creo 3 Customization.ui

I have one user that his Creo will not hold the Window Settings when opening new parts, assemblies, or drawings in a new window. He has to Import the creo_parametric_customization.ui file every single time a new window is opened.

I have tried recreating the customization file, checked his personal config, and even reinstalled Creo 3 M090. Doesn't change a thing. Has anyone run across this issue yet?

Erik,

Try renaming the UI file (creo_parametric_customization.ui) to creo_parametric_admin_customization.ui and place that file in text folder under <Install Dir>\common files.

Tried this and still doesn't hold. No clue what is going on as everyone else has no issues with this.

If you are in active maintenance, submit a case for technical support to look in this.
