Creo 4.0 M30 with Protoolkit and object toolkit

I am not much into installation... I tried to install Creo 4.0 M30 with Protoolkit and object toolkit. Once I open Creo session post installation, I am able to find that both extension are available.
Moreover, I could not find any header files related to Protoolkit into Creo installation folder. This is local installation on a machine. Could anyone tell me what is missing as it is confusing to have missing header files even though one can check availability of extension license into Creo.
Also would appreciate if one can give me installation link of Creo 4.0 M30.
