creo 5.0 quite sluggish during us

I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.0.0

We used Core 5.0 to draw 3D model drawings, and found that the CORE was quite sluggish during use, especially during cutting and measurement, with the image size around 1.5G. After investigation, it was found that Core 5.0 only uses a single CPU core, and our computer's main frequency is I5-12400F. We hope that the Core can use multiple cores for calculation. Can you provide a solution or do software versions need to be upgraded?

Most of Creo Parametric does not use multiple cores.

More likely, you have a setup or hardware issue that if causing issues.

What video card are you using? Are you using windchill?

You may want to test your setup by temporarily removing your config.pro/config.win/creo_parametric_customization.ui/config.sup are restart creo and open the model to see if you still have similar sluggishness.
