Creo 7 install forcibly restarts system

Is there a reason Creo 7 installs forcibly restart my system with no warning and no option to not do this? I'm working on building a silent installer and this is not acceptable

There is a MS .NET Framework component that may force your computer to reboot. There may be command line options available to delay the reboot. The MS web site should have the options for the install command.

If you're creating your own installation script, you can install all the prerequisite programs first, install Creo 7, and then reboot if .NET was installed.
