Hi,

the answer is simple ... PTC database is not updated properly.

You can update it by yourself:

• login to support.ptc.com 
• go to https://support.ptc.com/apps/licensePortal/auth/ssl/advsearch page
• enter your Host ID and click Search button
• select all licenses using check button
• click Rev Up button and update all Creo Parametric licenses to Creo 8.0
