Creo+ Advanced Licenses not enabling the correct modules

An issue was brought up last week by 2 of our users wanting to work with skeleton models. Users were reporting "Assembly license is required to use this functionality.", this was showing when trying to populate their assembly without existing skeletons. After further investigation I noticed all features of the AAX module are missing. We're not sure when this started, but has anyone noticed similar behavior?

Creo+ V12.2.0.0-020

Windchill+ V12.1.2.12

The problem was resolved, but a "solution" was never provided. If it happens, open a ticket.

For any issues Creo+ related, I would open a tech support ticket. PTC needs to see issues with PTC Control Center.

I opened a ticket, was just curious if anyone else was seeing this. I know 2 of our partners are experiencing the same thing.

Do you think an update to the PTC Control Center fixed it or just a random glitch that worked itself out? Just curious, doesn't really matter as long as it is working.

Stephen, there wasn't an update for the Control Center it just started working. PTC Support logged the issue and we had a screen-sharing session, but by the time we went to have a follow-up call 3-4 days later it was just working.
