Hi, I am sorry to hear that.

Do you want to restart your PC and try it again?

Hello,

Could you provide more info on model machine (DELL, HP, ....) and OS?

Does the crash occurs only for a specific CAD data or anyone?

It is a custom-built PC with the following specs:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
  • Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH
  • Video card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 Super 4 GB Windforce OC
  • Memory: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 CL16
  • Storage: 500 GB M.2 NVME solid state drive
  • Power supply: EVGA BQ 500W 80+ Bronze Certified
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Home

The crash occurs with any CAD file. It happens every time, just a few seconds after trying to create a new project in flow analysis.

Thanks for the feedback,

A custom-built machine is not supported.
I fear we cannot do much in this case where support is limited.

We can suggest some hints :

Upda
Update graphic card driver

Update OS
disable config.pro
Format OS
