creo direct 3.0 basic license.

I have creo direct basic license. I am not able to add new planes for sections. Anyone from ptc can explain me the reason? Is there are any licensed where functional capabilities are reduced to this much extend?

Then contact with your reseller (VAR) from whom you purchased the license for Creo Direct.

Hey Vladimir,

I am able to log cases related to creo parametric and not creo direct. May be support is restricted.
