Creo does not run!!!

Hello,

 

Even though I have followed the instructions provided to me, Creo still won't run. I re-downloaded and reinstalled twice, and I got the same problem. There is no error massage or anything. I keep double clicking on the icon and nothing happens. I have been downloading the software for a lot of my friends and I know exactly that I am not missing something up.  

 

Please help!

    My best suggestion is to contact your VAR. They should be able to get you going.

    Is this the commercial version or the academic version?

    The academic version has its own support community.

     

    The first reason Creo won't start is the computer graphics do not meet the PTC requirements. If you are on a laptop and only have the Intel integrated ship, that is not supported. If you have a secondary Nvidia chip set, the GeForce line is not supported, only the Quadro ships.
