Creo Elements Direct Modeling Express 6.0 -Java issue

Hi,

I downloaded two days ago the software and I can't use the on line Help.

A warning popup window opens with this message.

" the registry refers to a non existent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted"

my OS is Windows 10

java-runtime-environment_8u102_fr_121472_32 is installed

Any idea to fix the problem?

Hi Patrick,

for me this has helped:

- deinstall PTC and Java

- install PTC and run the help

- then displays an error message that Java is needed and the Java installation page opens

- download and install Java

- now the help works fine

I hope you can understand this, my english is not the best
