Creo Elements Express 4.0 on Windows 8

Has anyone gotten it to work? When I open it, nothing happens. Run as admin, nothing. Run in compatability, nothing. Ideas?

    First I uninstalled the 64 bit version and restarted my system.

    Then I installed the 32 bit version on my system.

    You have to check the box for a non standard installation.

    It opens up and runs fine. The only other thing I had to do was install Java for the Help component to function correctly.

    I'm running Windows 8.1 Pro x 64 and nothing happens for me either. I think I am going to try the 32 bit version instead.
