Creo Elements Pro 5.0 Student Edition - Installation Error

I am attempting to install Creo Elements Pro 5.0 Student Addition and I get the following error:

PTC setup is unable to complete the installation since it is unable to find the particular datecode required. Please contact PTC Tech Support Hotline for assistance. MED-60694-CD-370.

How do I proceed? How do I contact the hotline?
