Creo getting Freeze

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.2.0

I am working on MBD models. I have predefined combination states in Start templates. We kept those states off from view manager. I have 1_Map combination state where it contains hyperlinks of other combination states to navigate through others. If I want to navigate through other states from 1_Map when other states are still off, then Creo is getting freeze. Please help to resolve this.
