Creo Help Silent install XML missing

Hi,

just creating Silent Creo 2.0 M250 setup and tried to add Help Center.

But I can't find the creo_help_...p.xml files.

Installation Creates the folder: Creo 2.0\Help\help

but no <Creo_Load_Point>\help\creo_help_<app_name>\

Setup with Creo 2.0\Help\bin\pim\xml\creohelp.p.xml only gives an error.

can anybody provide me the files for Paramteric and Simulate?

Hi,

make a copy of Help installation, put it into zip file and used this zip file for you silent installation.

Set PTC_HELP_CENTER_URL variable pointing to directory containing creo_help.exe file. This variable informs Creo 2.0 about Help location.

Creo 2.0\Help\bin\pim\xml\creohelp.p.xml seems to be the only XML file. Next morning it worked 🙂

We are just testing XML based setup, if it has some benefits over copying.
