CREO Mean time between faillure (MTBF)

Hi,

 

Is there any data, that gives user the MTBF of certain release of CREO?

For example, will 6.0.4 have as MTBF simillar to CREO 4.0 M140?

I would like to understand, where i can found the balance between stability

    I see that there is not enough data, besides the user feedback.

    I have upgraded from CREO6.0.5.1 to CREO 7.0.2. And i see a lot more of crashes, more than in CREO 6.0.5.1

     

    Any experience for example from CREO 4.0 M10 till M140. Have crashes reduce substancially?
