CREO model regeneration glitch

When saving a model or drawing, the model will normally regenerate during the save process.  We have been having an issue where the model will randomly not regenerate between the model and the drawing during the save process and the dimensions/model annotations will not update between the two, creating manufacturing issues.  Anyone else experiencing this glitch? Any suggestions on how to fix the glitch?

Instead of a save/regenerate issue, you may have a drawing update issue.

Check your config file under FILE - OPTIONS - CONFIGURATION EDITOR for the option:

auto_regen_views

If it is set to NO, then the drawing won't update unless you manually update the sheets.

Try changing that option to YES. (if the option isn't present, it defaults to yes so this probably isn't your problem)

The option is available for large drawings that take a long time to update making it next to impossible to work on the drawing.
