Creo not working

Hey all, I've been using the student edition of Creo for a few weeks now (Parametric mostly) and it has been working fine. When I went to open it yesterday as normal, the loading symbol shows next to my mouse, yet no window opens and no error message shows. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Does this computer have more than one graphics card?

Look at the shortcut and see what the 'start in' directory is and then create a file named 'config.pro' with Notepad and add the line "graphics win32_gdi" and save that, then try to start Creo again.

 

I have about 10% confidence this is the answer, but no-starts are tough to diagnose.

to resolve the problem you have to find out the difference between computer status few weeks ago and yesterday.

Is the license server running?

Has the license expired?

Do you have multiple NIC cards, most laptops do?

Is the active NIC card the one the license is for, unless using IP or node named license?
