Creo Parametric 2.0 will not run.

Hello, when I try to run Creo 2.0 Parametric( using 2.0 because at school we use that version) it will not run. No message, no pop up, nothing comes up on my screen. I tried running as administrator, changing user permissions, and reinstalling several times but nothing will work. Please help!

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate

Processor: Core 2 Quad Q8400 2.66 GHZ (Overclock to 2.8)

Ram: 4 GB DDR3      DRAM: Frequency 559 MHZ

System type: 32-bit   (The download said it was 32/64 bit)

Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 750 TI    Core:135 MHZ       Memory:405 MHZ      Size: 2048 MB
