CREO parametric 2D drawing annotation multi-language.

I am using Creo Parametric Release N/A and DatecodeN/A

Hello,
I need multi-language annotation. I saw it from youtube and blogs. But only CREO elements/direct has this option.
I can't find it from CREO parametric 3.0 ~10.0
I want to use annotation ENG and KOR language together.

Please let me know how I can do it.
Or please let me know where I can find annotation file. So I can modify it....
