Creo Parametric 3.0 Installation Error

Hi I just recently installed the student version of creo and when I go to open the program up I receive this error:

windows is searching for parameteric.exe. To locate the file yourself, click browse.

I tried uninstalling and then re installing, but that didn't do anything.
