Creo,Parametric,3.0M90,is,not,getting,installed,on,the,Windows,7,grieving,error,PTC_HOSTED,is,invalid

Dear Community member,

I have to install Creo Parametric on my machine having the WIndows 7 with 8GB RAM with 64 bit.

When i am installing the license server  or setup the license for Creo Parametric it is giving error,PTC_HOSTID is invalid, but the given MAC address is the same as my system MAC address in my license file.Any one have any idea,Kindly ghelp me regarding this issue. It is very urgent for me.

Any help is highlly appreciated

Are you on a laptop with a cat-5 connection and a wireless internet port?

Run PTCHOSTID and see what address that gives.

You need to set the primary NIC address in the registry to the one PTCHOSTID returns.
