Not a common problem for this to happen out of the blue.  Mine quit when my Ethernet FW chip died.  Seriously!  But it let me know the license wouldn't boot.

If you get nothing, that means the license server may not be booting either.

Are you at a point where a re-install of Creo (maybe M020 🙂 ) could solve your problem sooner rather than later?

...and of course, if you have maintenance or a subscription, create a support case!

Thanks for the reply, maybe it has something to do with the video driver, it worked fine last month, have re-install the software but the problem still there.

Hi,

if you suspect graphic card driver then add following option at the end of config.pro file and launch Creo.

graphics  win32_gdi

BEX is an operating system level error and may be caused by some other program.

I met this problem before, after re-install windows system the problem will be fixed, but after a short time, do not know what happened, the problem will repeat again. Does it have something to do with win 10 system?

I have two graphics

HD intel graphics  530

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980M

Update the graphics card drivers?
