Creo Parametric 4.0 PTC doesn't launch with "setup.exe"

Hello,

I've ever install Creo Parametric 4.0 but, after some problems, I had to install it again.

Now I have a problem with PTC because "setup.exe" doesn't work, nothing happens.

I've already checked if there isn't any file of Creo that I hadn't deleted, but, no, there is nothing...

I have a new computer so, I don't think that it could come from it.

I wanted to know if someone could help me because, now, I'm giving up.
