Creo Parametric 8.0.8.0 and FlexLM 11.16 for a test environment

We are upgrading to v8.0.8.0 of Creo Parametric and need to certify the FlexLM 11.16  I have downloaded the latest FlexLM, and was wondering if I need to request a temporary license of Creo Parametric, or if I can download from the site and just provide our test server instead of the production server.

The license file is specifically tied to the Host ID of the server. If you look at the file (it's a text file) you'll see the reference. You can't move licenses to another server unless you first generate a new license file. This needs to be done by PTC or via whoever you buy your licenses from. We can generate the license files ourselves, but changes to the "legal" end require some sort of "official" involvement.
