Creo Parametric and Flexnet

Hello,

PTC article https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS44898?source=search mentiones the steps.
But this needs to be manually updated.

Situation:
Need to restrict Creo license on server level.
Server A = Advance Creo License
Server B = Basic Creo License

Some users use advance and some users use basic licenses.

Need help with below:
1. Is there a automatic way to restrict licenses for set of users?
2. Solution from PTC suggests that its a manual filter list of .opt file to be maintained. Is there way to make it automate the list?
If new user joins the name has to be added to list, if user leaves company the name has to be removed.
