Creo Parametric Educational 11.0.4.0

I upgraded the Creo Parametric Educational software from version 9.0.1.0 to 11.0.4.0 on our Citrix servers. The students access the application from the cloud.

 

I noticed on the Creo dashboard under the Common Folders the server is directly accessible. Is there a way to lock this down in the application, so the students only have access to the required drive on the server to save their work?

 

Any guidance you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I applied a user group policy that includes a no drives registry setting that hides the C drive.
