CREO Parametric Trial Version: missing components

Hello,

I have installed the CREO Parametric Trial Version, and I am going through the tutorials, but it seems some of the example parts and assemblies did not download.  For example I am instructed to go to <downloaded files location>  and retrieve crankshaft.prt for Exercise 2.   I have searched my hard drive, and that part is not found.  Where can I obtain the parts for the tutorials?
