Creo Problem

Hello

I'm Konrad, and I'm Student from Poland

I got a problem with PTC Creo 2.0, after installation when, I launch a program and a new project, got a screen like in photo 1 and 2.

Do You know what could be the cause of problem?

My Computer

Windows 7 Home Premium

Graphics - ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 1GB

4GB RAM

Intel Core i3

Konrad,

your problem is probably related to graphics drivers. Try to turn OPENGL graphics off.

Put attached config.pro file into your working directory.

You can also add the contents of my config.pro file into main configuration file. In my installation, the file is located in the following directory.

C:\PTC\Creo2_M070\Creo 2.0\Common Files\M070\text\config.pro

Restart Creo and test it once again.

If the problem disappears, you can try to install newer version of graphics drivers, remove my option from config.pro and test Creo again.

I think I don't understand you, I have got file config.pro in this directory, but where i have got to add it?

Please forgive me if I understand You wrong, my english isn't very well. You didn't attach any file, and I don't know also where tunr off the OPENGL, in CREO or in graphics card configuration?

I downloaded the newest version of graphics drivers
