Creo Search Tab Does Not Have Entry Fields and Buttons

I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.2.0

The Creo Search does not show fields and buttons ... the display is blank, not allowing a Search to be performed. Windchill search is used and works, thus that is a work-around. But would still like to determine the cause of this issue.

Add a screenshot of what you are experiencing.

 

Have you restarted creo or your computer? Just to make sure it's not a glitch.

Yes, I've restarted Creo several times and rebooted a few times.  I've also cleared the Java Cache.,   I've uploaded a screen capture.
