CREO SLOWDOWN FOR ALL USERS

Hi,

All my users are experiencing a significant slowdown. It takes over 30 Seconds to add an axis in a simple part. 

When moving to offline mode things speed back up. Any Ideas?

Finally found the issue. (Bottleneck thru our VPN to the cloud has been upgraded an alleviated the issue.) 

Help to improve performance but did not fix the root cause. 

          Config setting Let_Proe_rename_pdm_objects       No

One of the machines, try using Creo without any config.pro/config.sup and a new cache directory. This may help in debugging if issue is due to any of the file or option.
