Creo Tolerance Analysis License Issue

My company has a license for the tolerance analysis extension, but when we start up Creo it isn't activating and when we refresh the license list nothing happens. But we can see that there is a free license. Any ideas?

Picture just shows the error and also shows that there is one free license still.
