Creo - Unhandled exception

I just upgraded to 10.0.2.0 yesterday, and I'm getting an Unhandled Exception error.  I don't know what the issue is.  It's probably clear to someone else from the error message, but non of this means anything to me.

use solution mentioned in  https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS398358

Workaround: copy the files "_ifx_start_mdl.cfg", "ifx_options.xml", "ifx_pin_data.cfg", "ifx_screw_data.cfg" from <Creo Parametric load point>\Common Files\ifx\configuration to C:\Users\<user name>\Documents\buw\IFX\10.0
