Creo2 Schematic default files

Where do you set (or configure) the default configuration, ui, ect. files location?  I thought it was on install.  IT finally loaded the licence and we are moving to Windchill 10.2 so I'm trying to get schematic ready.  I take it the Creo 1 Schematic files should work.
