CREO4 and WINDOWS 7

Hi,

I have intall Creo4 M040 on Windows 7 but not working correctly when I change the windows.

For activate another one I must select it on a bottom bar of S.O.

There are any solution for to correct it.

You may try newer datecode of Creo 4.0

unfortunately I have to work with another company that has version 40.

Creo 4 m040 is very old, the latest is M110 or M120.

What build of Creo 4 are you installing?

Do you have SP1 on Windows 7 with the latest patches?

 

Windows versions supported from PTC software matrix charts:

Windows 7 Professional 64-Edition

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Edition

Windows 7 Enterprise 64-Edition

 Creo 4.0 M010 and later requires all required Microsoft updates to be installed on Windows 7 and 8.1.

About update there is  some one in particular to check?
