download file creo 10.0.2.0

hi,

In eSupport it won't let me download the PTC CREO 10.0.2.0 files and an advertising window opens that I can't remove.

Why?

If you can't see Release Creo 10.0 group then contact you VAR and ask him to update your company records to Creo 10.0.

I took a look and the download page works just like it always has. I've never had an "advertising window" pop up when using eSupport to download Creo software or license files. I would suspect that there is something wrong with your computer? I'd try to download it on someone else's system, too.

today I managed to download creo 10.0.2.0,

the PTC advertising page to switch to the SaaS version is no longer there.
