Drawing preview in Intralink 3.4

Question

Hi ChapsDoes anyone have any idea why I would not be able to get the preview window to work on the object info page in Intralink?I have my config.pro option for "save_drawing_picture_file"set to"embed" I should be seeing a thumbnail in the info page right? Or could I be missing something?All I'm getting is "Graphics Data not Available"Running Ilink 3.4 M030 with WF3 M090Any ideas / advice would be gratefully received...TIAThis thread is inactive and closed by the PTC Community Management Team.
