emn export not the same as 3q

I am using Creo Parametric Release 6.0 and Datecode6.0.6.0

im trying to export an emn from a product when i export the file (open with notepad) ,
in the drilled_holes it indicate MCAD---> when our layout receive the emn file they dont see the hole that i create
as my colleague try exporting the emn for me,
it does not show MCAD(open with notepad)---> when our layout receive the emn file they can see the hole that i create can you please help on this part

    Confirm config settings that affect holes when using IDF interface. There are several. If you post the Creo model and the emn file that will allow us to review what may be happening. If confidential then create a simple test design and post.

    this contain MCAD

    this doesnt contain MCAD

    The holes are most likely being filtered out when you are importing into Creo. I was able to get the holes to import. Pay attention to the ecad import log files. You have some issues with your PCB outline potentially, depending on your start part accuracy settings. 

     

    To get the holes to import follow the instructions in this link. I think this will resolve that issue. Report back if not.

    If you do not have company standards set up for ECAD/MCAD data exchange protocols, I strongly suggest you implement some or hire someone to do it for you.
