Enabling Ansys Simulatin CREO

I had to format a computer, logos after configuring CREO this option that follows print is no longer enabled, before formatting the machine was normal, and same license and everything.

Hi,

I guess you did not select Ansys Simulation item during installation. You have to remove current installation and do new clean installation.

MS_Santos,

 

2 quick things to check. 

 

  1. Make sure the Creo Ansys Simulate option was selected at install time (is it installed),  Check for <loadpoint>\Common Files\x86e_win64\creoans
  2. Check to see if the Creo Ansys Simulate license is being activated when Creo Parametric starts (or grab the floating license per session).

    The license is CREO as shown in the printout, I've already transferred the license but it still won't enable.
