Error: Failed to load library libpro2soacore when using cache manager - refresh function

We are using Creo 9.0

 

When we open "Cache Manager" in Creo, we select parts and try use function "Refresh", we are getting this error:

 

"Cannot get directory contents.

Failed to load library libpro2soacore.

Please ensure that the library is installed in path"

 

I am attaching config.pro file, couldn't find this library: "libpro2soacore"...

Our configuration is using config_9050 and config.sub to create config.pro
